Basic Precautions for Chemical Adhesive Processing
● Metric male thread outer diameters and female thread inner diameters must comply with ISO 965-2:1998.
● Imperial male thread outer diameters and female thread inner diameters must comply with ASME B1.1:2003.
● Male threads of locking components must conform to the 6G ring gauge, and female threads must conform to the 6H bolt gauge.
● Female threads of locking components must be chamfered and free of sharp burrs.
● The recommended coating length is at least 0.8d, and should be designed based on the actual locking position of the locking component.
● Anti-loosening torque design is primarily based on DIN 267-27 (with axial force). Please inform us in advance if you have special specifications or requirements.
● Oils and organic solvents must not be allowed to come into contact with the screw during tightening.
DIN 267-27 Chemical Adhesive Testing Standard
DIN is the German Institute for Standardization. Many of its standards are also EN and ISO standards and are widely adopted worldwide.
Standard Chemical Adhesive Coating Specifications (Based on DIN 267-27):

注意：涂布长度<0.8螺牙直径者，松动扭矩值可能较规范值小。
a.MA(测试锁紧扭矩)系依下列条件订出來的：假设总摩擦系数μ ges= 0.12，且锁紧到可产生该强度等级群中较低等级者之屈服应力的90% (性能等级5.6和5.8)，或者0.2%塑变应力的90% (性能等级8.8、10.9和12.9 )
b.对于符合DIN EN ISO3506- 1和DIN 267-13的螺栓，其相间数值可探用性能等级为5.6和5.8螺栓的对应数值。
