Product Description
GLEITMO 625 is a high molecular polymer (HMP) aqueous suspension.
As a high-performance coating material, GLEITMO 625 will form a dry lubricating film with good adhesion and non-stickiness on the workpiece surface after drying and curing. GLEITMO 625 achieves the set low coefficient of friction with minimal dispersion.
Application field
GL.EITMO 625 is specially developed for the lubricating coating of mass-produced parts.
Typical fields such as: stainless steel screws/bolts and nuts, all kinds of self-tapping screws, rivets, locking metal plate screws, plastic plate screws...etc.
Instructions
GLEITMO 625 can be diluted with water at the recommended dilution ratio to prepare the coating bath as required. The dilution water must be at least potable water quality (pure water, RO water, demineralized water, distilled water). In general, the recommended dilution ratio is 1:3-1:5 (lubricant stock solution:water). If the lubrication requirements are more stringent. Higher concentrations (eg 1:1 or 1:2) can also be used. During the dilution process of adding water to GLEITMO 625, keep stirring at slow speed.
GLEITMO 625 is usually applied by centrifugal dip coating or dip coating. Before use. The surface of the workpiece to be coated must be completely free of grease and dry. When coating a large number of parts, it is very convenient to use plating barrels and centrifugal dip coating equipment commonly used in the galvanizing industry.
After coating, it is recommended to fully dry the workpiece with medium temperature hot air (the upper limit of temperature is about 80°C). The workpiece should be completely dried and returned to normal temperature before packaging.
