ND Microspheres Epoxy Series threadlocking products are microencapsulated, epoxy-based, room-temperature-curing adhesives that can be applied to male or female threaded fasteners of virtually all sizes, configurations, materials, and finishes.
Pre-Applied to fasteners, ND Microspheres Epoxy arrives dry to the touch and ready for assembly.
ND Microspheres Epoxy Series products contain a microencapsulated epoxy resin that is suspended in a hardener. The force of thread engagement crushes the microscopic capsules of epoxy resin, mixing the reactant components, and initiating a chemical reaction which locks the parts together. This product series provides consistent and predictable torque values and requires no heat or primers for curing.
Under typical conditions, ND Microspheres Epoxy Series product have a fixture time of 4 hours with a full cure in 72 hours.

Low Prevailing On-Torque: Compared to patch threadlockers, ND Microspheres products assemble easily with common hand tools.
Exceptional Locking Power: Extensive testing indicates that the ND Microspheres Epoxy Series provides two to four times greater breakaway torque than conventional plastic fastener locking devices.
Versatile: ND Microspheres Epoxy Series products are compatible with most fastener sizes, configurations, materials and finishes.
Long Shelf Life: The ND Microspheres Epoxy Series has an on part life of two years and will remain inert until a cure is activated by engagement with a mating thread.
Unaffcted by Foreign Substances: The cross-linked molecular structure of ND Microspheres Epoxy Series products make them some of the most resistant types of
adhesives. Oil, gasoline, salt spray, acids, solvents, and water have virtually no effect on parts when introduced after a final cure has been achieved.
Saves Money: The bulk pre-application of ND Microspheres to fasteners is less expensive than applying bottled thread locking compounds at the point of assembly. Eliminates the need for costly lockwashers, cotter pins or castellated nuts.
