Pre-Applied ND Anti-Seize Series products are dry film lubricants designed to prevent galling and seizing of metal fasteners.
Fasteners with Pre- Applied ND Anti-Seize arrive dry-to-the-touch and are ready for immediate installation. Completely inert, they are safe to handle and will not migrate like User-Applied materials.

FEATURES:
Higher Torque: Bolts coated with Pre-Applied ND Anti-Seize achieve a higher torque clamp load when compared to an uncoated bolt receiving the same torque.
Versitile: ND Anti-Seize is ideal for stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and other metallic fasteners.
Uniformity: Automated application of ND Anti-Seize onto fasteners creates greater clamp load uniformity among the fasteners within the lot.
Long Shelf Life: Indefinite on-part life under ideal storage conditions [+40° F(+4° C)to +90° F (+32° C)], but re-certification must occur once per year.
Saves Time: Fasteners coated with ND Anti-Seize can be automatically fed through standard feeding devices.
Saves Money: ND Anti-Seize is less expensive than applying bottled anti-seize at the point of assembly.
Quality Control: Pre- Applied parts are coated to specification, insuring consistent performance unlike bottled products.
Reduces Fatique: ND Anti-Seize reduces the installation and removal torques.
