Advanced sealing
ND SealTek products are acrylic pre-applied sealing materials for underhead fasteners. SealTek products can replace O-rings, or sealing washers.
When installing fasteners, SealTek shapes to surface dimensions and fills the gaps between the fittings, creating a solid seal.
During the pre-coating process, ND precisely coats the SealTek on the part, then heats or UV cures the material to shape, resulting in a product with a dry and ready-to-install surface.
SealTek can be applied to a wide variety of parts using functions such as:

Application:
SealTek AEM SealTek 1120:Underhead seals are used in the engine, transmission, braking and cooling systems.
SealTek 1150:耐Electrochemical corrosion.
SealTek GP:Alternative to plastisol sealant for pull caps and aluminum rivets.

Chemical Resistance: The SealTek three-dimensional structure is resistant to a variety of chemicals including gasoline, petroleum, diesel, alcohol, kerosene and hydraulic fluids.
